At Tia Roses London, we value our customers and want you to feel confident in your purchase. In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

How to Exercise Your Right to Withdraw

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. You can do this by:

Return Conditions

•Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

•Returns should be sent to the address provided in our response to your withdrawal request.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
